We are considering purchasing a Porta MultiCenter system from Mansker Machine Tool and you were listed as one of their references. I was wondering if there is a good time to contact you? I would like to discuss the following questions.

1                     How would you rate your purchase from Porta and Manske

The experience, especially dealing with Rob Houdek, (Porta North America) Pat Manske (Manske Machine) and Maurizio and Oscar Porta was positive. They are a first class organization.

2                     Satisfied with installation?

Very Satisfied. The installation and support was outstanding

3                     How long have you had equipment?

Two Purchased and installed in 2011, the third in 2018.

4                     Did you require a turnkey as part of your purchase?

Yes, turnkey. The machines were run-off in Brescia, Italy and again after installed at Amron.

5                     Describe documentation provided with turnkey.

Documentation included (2) two books with codes, drawings and electrical- be sure to detail any specifics that you want or need.

6                     Was there any automation (robotic loading, unloading, washing, deburring, etc.)

Load and unload, Amron was responsible for bringing product to and from the machining centers.

7                     Were you satisfied with quoted cycle time vs actual time?

First machining company that delivered, Porta met the proposed cycle time in their proposal.

8                     Satisfied with training? ( programming, maintenance and operator )

Great, training and online service (Arty and Kevin) Porta NA are good at whey they do.

9                     Satisfied with follow-up support?

Support has been very good, they work with us and are responsive- The few instances we needed support Porta NA has rearranged their schedule

10                 Would you order again?

Yes, we are looking at the potential of adding (3) three machines to replace existing equipment

11                 Service support and response time?
