Before explaining what it is, I would like to sum up the two initiatives already put into effect.
In fact, we all know that we are in a very hard time for our companies, there is no point in hiding it.
But, at the same time, in my opinion, this is also a very interesting moment, which will give many opportunities to those who will be able to grab them.
This is why I wanted to do my bit and, at the beginning of March, I launched the FIRST INITIATIVE on social media, with the decision that PORTA SOLUTIONS S.p.A. will not block any payments to suppliers, in order not to trigger a very dangerous knock-on effect on our supply chain, as we think it is a fundamental asset, to be preserved.
Fortunately, then other companies decided to follow this action and way of thinking.
When the Government decided to close companies to contain the epidemic, I started my SECOND INITIATIVE, that I called “UNITED vs COVID-19“.
