The 3 strength points of the multicenter

If you have been following me for some time, you will know that the MULTICENTER is becoming a great success and lately it is accelerating more and more!

We have been producing it as a STANDARD machine for over 13 years, even though it is not the same as 13 years ago. Each year is improved, updated but the concept remains the same as well as the price, indeed it has decreased compared to the first models thanks to mass production.

Analyzing with users the reason for this success I came to understand the following 3 strengths that in 90% of cases all users, in one way or another, told me:

1: Turnover

With the word turnover, I mean that through the MULTICENTER users have managed to increase their turnover thanks to the possibility of machining more complicated components that before they could not win.

This allowed to attract new slices of the market where they were not present, thanks to the FLEXIBILITY and PRODUCTIVITY of the machine itself.

2: Cost Per Sale

Cost per sale means lowering the cost of production to generate that extra turnover above. Therefore, the turnover increases while the MULTICENTER lowers the cost to produce it thanks to:

  • FASTER EQUIPMENT
  • LESS PIECE POSITIONING
  • LOAD INCLUDED IN CYCLE
  • FAST CYCLE TIME
  • MORE SIMPLE PIECE CLAMPINGS, THEREFORE LESS EXPENSIVE
  • ENERGY CONSUMPTION
  • REDUCTION OF STOCK
  • PRODUCING ONLY THE SOLD QUANTITY

3: Margins

This point does not need much explanation …

Once You Generate Margins, The Game Is Done!

Why?

Because You Will Want Another Multicenter To Generate Other Margins, And Then Go On!

In fact, more than half of our production is made up of customers who are ordering the second or third or even the sixth MULTICENTER, such as the Cavagna Group.

That’s Why They Say…

Testimonial:

We Produce Batches Up To 500 With A Successful System!

“Before having the MULTICENTER I had to machine the part in different positioning with the following problems:

DENTS
CRITICAL THICKNESS
BURR PROBLEM

Thanks to the MULTICENTER we had the chance to optimize the cycle in order to solve the problems of quality and cycle time. In addition, the machine allows to tool from a part to another one in 15 minutes thanks to the great availability of tools in the magazine that are always present. Actually the tooling consists only in the jaws change.”
